Never in human history has it been easier to be part of a truly global community. However, while the world keeps getting smaller, our neighbors feel more distant. Social media has become the center of the world, yet true friends feel vanishingly rare.
For most of my career as a graphic designer and developer, I have been thinking big. I have worked primarily for large corporate clients such as Starbucks, Kraft, and Comcast, to name a few. While this work was exciting, the scale of the clients was so large that I never got to connect with them on a personal level. It never felt like I made an impact.
The community Project is about thinking small. I want to do great work for the people in my community. Rather than doing work for Starbucks, I want to meet the people I'm working for at the locally owned coffee shop. I want to make a positive impact on the people I see daily.
So if you are in the north Chicago suburbs and need some help with a creative project, please reach out. I would love to help you bring it to life.
